Workshops
As an accredited teacher of the Feldenkrais Method and inspired by his professional experience in international dance companies, Asier conducts workshops where he explores the way we move and we relate to our environment.
These workshops can vary in duration and content, from those aimed at people with no professional experience to artistic collectives interested in deepening the use of body language as a creative tool.
Asier uses tools such as guided improvisation; alternating and changing the way we focus our attention; dissociation and composition of movement; exploration of compulsive and repetitive patterns; and the development of our ability to move efficiently.

PHYSICAL CONNECTION
A space where we explore the connection between the different parts of our body, at the level of the nervous, muscular and skeletal systems. The relationship between distal and proximal parts, limitations and facilities when moving, the importance of support points and their repercussions on the whole body, breathing as the axis of movement... All these elements are a fundamental part of the physical work proposed in the workshops.
EMOTIONAL CONNECTION
Space where we relate our movement patterns with emotions. In this way we focus on a movement with different intentions to observe the physical differences of each emotion in each body.
CONNECTION WITH THE ENVIRONMENT
Space where we analyze personal movement in relation to other people and our environment. Study of gravity as an external force that conditions the way we move, interaction with the group, with stimuli and objects to create new dynamics (letting go, manipulation, pressure points...).
